When I started TNT Nutrition, I was really nervous because I had no idea what it would involve and what I would have to eat. Then I started to study the customized nutrition plans that Shelby made especially for me and my work and work-out schedule. Shelby promised that even though the plan assigned me several small meals and snacks during the day that I would both lose weight and not be hungry. I didn’t believe her. But with the help of the webinars, I learned more about the program, including how to plan menus ahead of time and how to make good substitutions for items on the plan. I also learned a little bit about the science behind why the plan worked and importantly why other diets had not. I also had Shelby’s personal attention any time I had a question or worry, and believe me, the one-on-one coaching makes a huge difference.
